Vera Wang is known for wedding dresses, shoes and accessories. There is a wide variety of wedding dresses and wedding shoes, however, less known in the fashion industry, Vera Wang creates much more than that.
Silk is mostly used, but she has designs ranging from wool and leather to a cashmere dress.

Vera Wang has a line for dresses (wedding and regular), skirts, tops, jewelry, handbags, lingerie, personal care, etc...

In the industry of designer wedding fashion, most items are personalised clothing, perfectly suited for the wearer.

The first steps for Wang into the fashion business were as an editor for the Vogue magazine. In 1985 she got turned down for the editor in chief position and left the company to work with Ralph Lauren as a design director.

It didn't take her long to realise that she had more potential and in 1990 she opened her own design salon in New York.
