Vermont Bed and Breakfast

Our home in Vermont is a big old Vermont farmhouse and the land that it sits on has been in the family since the town was founded. This historic 1850's Vermont Farmhouse is surrounded by pastures and hundreds of acres of woods, trails and even a waterfall.

The house features hardwood and wide plank floors and incredible views of Vermont's Green Mountains. Vermont's law school in South Royalton is just 2 miles down the road. The short walk or bike ride along Back River Road into South Royalton follows the White River where you can enjoy tubing, fishing and swimming holes.

Come spend the summer enjoying the peaceful, relaxed life that Vermont has to offer.

Vermont Field

Looking out across the Field

Your room features the wide boards of the original 1850's flooring, windows that look out over the fields to the beautiful green mountains beyond.

Each morning you can wake up to a fresh brewed cup of coffee and a typical breakfast with muffins just out or pancakes just off the griddle.

A Glimpse of Vermont

Seeing Vermont

Each time you step outside the door, walk across the fields or hike in the woods you will find nature beckoning you. Turkeys nest in the open field and can often be seen from the front porch. Humming birds dance figure 8's in the garden while butterflies flutter around the flower beds.

Flower Garden

My grandmother loved gardening and irises were her favorite. These iris are ones that I transplanted from her garden. They bloom out in front of our Bed and Breakfast and help to attract butterflies and hummingbirds.

Maple Trees

Back yard

Huge maple trees surround the house. The leaves provide shade in the summer. Squirrels and chipmunks like to scurry along the branches and woodpeckers tap at the bark looking for insects.
