Vibrational Marketing

Vibrational marketing is using the law of attraction to market your goods and services. You can use Vibrational Marketing online as well as in the "real" world.

There are two distinct pieces to vibrational marketing. They are vibration, and visibility. You have to work on getting your vibration to a place where you can allow and receive all that you want. You can learn how to do that at my Raise Your Vibration lens!


This lens will be focus on the Visibility aspect of Vibrational Marketing. Being visible online does not take lots of money. There are many ways to get your name and face out there that don't cost a dime. They will take a little bit of time though. So if you have more time than money and are getting started marketing online, get ready. This is the primer for you!

Set up your online homebase 

The first step is to find a place online that you feel comfortable. This will be your homebase. You will be sending your traffic to this site. I use Powerful Intentions for my homebase. It is a great community with many extra features. It is also extremely well ranked with the search engines. Anything you put up at PI will start coming up in search engines very quickly. This is the only piece of the puzzle that costs money. It is a small monthly fee for an abundant membership. The benefits completely outweigh the small cash outlay each month.

You can do this free by joining any one of the social networking communities and putting a page up for free. I have pages at a few communities but I find my PI page is the most responsive.

There have been quite a few new communities open up that are based on business.

Learn the Squidoo Secrets and get Visible 

You're already half way here, you found the place. Now all you have to do is make a lens! It can seem a little scary coming to squidoo and building a lens the first time, but let me assure you, it is very simple, and has been laid out in an easy to understand step by step process by the creators of this amazing place.

I know some people who only market through Squidoo. Squidoo is very highly ranked in google. This means if you choose good keywords you can find your squidoo lens making an appearance at the top of the search engine listing page very quickly.

IF all that sounds like latin to you ~ don't worry. You can get a lot of the Squidoo basics for free on blogs.

Of course being able to do that takes a little more than basic know-how. I learned how to do it from a nice little course called Squidoo Secrets. They offer a free mini course, and the course itself is well worth the money. To be getting so much traffic and such great google rankings is awesome. Do yourself a favor, get Squidoo Secrets, and get started getting visible.

Using Articles to get Visible online 

Article marketing has become the "next big thing" online this year. It's no wonder why. It's easy, it's free and it can quickly earn you traffic and/or
money depending on how you use it.
The basics are simple, and there is a great video explanation below. You write articles on any topic, and place them in article directories. From there readers will see them, and others are free to use them on their websites and newsletters.
You may ask how this helps you get visible. That comes from a small, but very important part of your article called your resource box.
Your resource box tells a little about you and then you can link to your homebase, blog, or affiliate page (depending on the directory, read the TOS before placing an affiliate link in your Resource Box)
There is a lot of information out there already about article marketing, so here's some of my favorite resources.

Bum Marketing Method (also the video below)
This is a well laid out simple plan that teaches you how to choose your topics and titles to come up first in the search engines.

If you aren't a "writer" but would like to use writing in your marketing campaign you can hire someone to do the writing for you. Or you can get some software to help you do it yourself.

Instant Article Wizard
Not everyone thinks they can write articles. This software helps you create original articles in moments.

Private Label Rights are another way to come up with content for you articles.

If you don't want to hire someone to do the writing, but would still like to use this strategy you can look into Private Label Rights. This is when someone else writes articles and then sells them in bulk to others. You then have the right to put them up as is, or you can rewrite them so they are more in your own voice. You can then use these articles for content on your website, your blog, or to put in article directories.

Here is one such PLR company, but there are millions, just google PLR or private label rights. Most have articles for just about any niche you would want.

Once you've gotten your articles written you can submit them to directories by hand or you can use Article submission software to do it for you. This software is new and is working great for me. It allows you to submit your article to many many directories in a very short amount of time. The more directories your articles are in the better th likelihood someone will find them and publish them in a newsletter. This is great for you, as it is a market you never would have had the chance to get your information to otherwise.

Blogging is a great way for people to get to know you, and like you. That sometimes leads to people buying form you.

Vibrational Marketing is all about relationships, and blogging is the greatest tool to get into relationship. And the best part it is free!

Most of the social networking sites give you a free blog. They are great, but other blog platforms will give you a lot more in terms of visibility.

Your best bet in attracting tons of tons of new people to your blog is to pick a topic you love and are very excited about! (that's good energy, as well as excitement for a long term adventure).

Once you've chosen a topic you can look for keywords that are related to your topic. If you write your posts around keywords that are getting traffic you will start getting traffic to your blog!

Once they get there, your energy and your being (and of course your content) will help keep them there.

Also use your RSS to the most. Encourage people to subscribe to your RSS feed so they will know as soon as you post on your blog.

Get more targeted traffic to your blog with Blog Directories 

More and more social networking sites are popping up everyday. You can get a lot of decent traffic to your blog by joining some of the blog directory communities.

My favorite of these communities is BlogCatalog. Basically BlogCatalog is a community of bloggers. You can put your blogs in the directory of blogs and when people search for certain keywords related to your blog it will come up in the search results and you will get traffic.

The other really fun thing about BlogCatalog is the widget. You can put a "BlogCatalog widget" in the sidebar of your blog. What this does is it will show the avatar (picture) of each person who's a member of blogcatalog right in the sidebar of your blog!

I love this ~ not only does it show up on your blog, but as long as you are logged in to BlogCatalog YOUR picture will show up on any blog that has a widget. It's great publicity. People can click on your picture from the widget, go to your blogcatalog page and then on to your blog from there. Also I know I often frequent visitors that show up on my blogcatalog widget.

In this web 2.0 world ~ where the entire internet is becoming a neighborhood, it's nice to learn a little bit more about who is stopping by, and give their blog a looksee, and maybe a little link love.

You can also add friends and join neighborhoods within BlogCatalog, which will give people the opportunity to know you are out there, and get to know you better by clicking through to your profile page.

I guess you can see how important your profile page is becoming. Yes?

There are other blog communities similar to Blog Catalog ~ mybloglog being one of them, but I definitely have seen better results, traffic wise, coming from BlogCatalog.

Get Visible With Social Bookmarking 

Social Bookmarking can be kind of confusing, but it's really pretty easy. It works just like your "favorites" in your browser, one difference is you save your faves on a website online. Another difference is not only you can see your faves, but others can too, and people can search a topic and if you have favorites saved on that topic they will show up in the search. Thus sending traffic to your website or blog.

You can add your favorites, including your own material by getting a button and putting it in your tool bar. You just click the button and it will take you to the site and save your favorite with space for tags and a description.

I started with Delicious, but have since realized there a many many many of these sites to use and choose from.

Here's the catch. You have to really use it! You have to save your favorites, and not just all the new content on your site/blog.
