Unlockable #1 - BarryBeat Francis in chapter 3-4, then find Barry behind a bush in chapter 3-1
Unlockable #2 - Piccolo
Place the 6th pure heart, talk to Merlee and help her, talk to Merluvlee, then Bestovious, Watchitt, Merlumina, then Merluvlee to get Random House key. Use this and get Piccolo from the treasure chest.
Unlockable #3 - Dashell
Beath the Flipside Pit of 100 trials
Unlockable #4 - Tiptron
Buy it from Francis after you beat the game for 999 coins.
Unlockable #5 - Golden Card
Go into the Flopside Milk Bar and go 3D to find a chest. The golden card awaits inside.
Secrets
Secret #1 - Unlimited 3DBeat the Flopside pit of 100 trials twice, and collect the Mario card. You can now be in 3D mode forever.
Secret #2 - Arcade
Not everyone actually knows there is an arcade in Super Paper Mario. Go into 3D mode in the Flipside coffee shop (B1) and you will see a gold pipe. This is the pipe that takes you to the arcade.
