Secret #1 - Start with ZSS

If you want to start a battle with Zero Suit Samus, hold Z (Wiimote&Nunchuck), -(Wiimote) or R(GC Controller) while going from character select to stage select to start of as Zero Suit Samus.

Secret #2 - Crazy Hand in Classic

Get to Master Hand on Hard without continuing, in under nine minutes to be battling against crazy hand as well!

Jigglypuff 350 Brawl Matches OR Fight her in Swamp stage in SSE after completing it.
Captain Falcon Have him join in SSE OR Beat Classic in 12 minutes or less
Sonic Have him join in SSE OR Beat Classic Mode with 10 characters
Luigi Have him join in SSE OR Complete Classic without continuing
Snake Have him join in SSE OR Play 15 matches on Shadow Moses Island
Lucario Have him join in SSE OR Complete all 5 Target Tests with a character
Ness Have him join in SSE OR Reflect ten projectiles
Falco OR Have him join in SSE OR Complete 100-man brawl
Mr Game & Watch Have him join in SSE OR Clear Target Tests on any level with 30+ characters
Toon Link Fight him in Forest stage in SSE after completing it
WolfFight him in Ruins stage in SSE after completing it
R.O.B. Have him join in SSE OR Get 250 different Trophies
Ganondorf Collect Zelda and Link trophies in SSE to have him join you OR Clear Classic on Hard with Link or Zelda
Marth Have him join in SSE OR Finish Classic on any difficulty

Another way to collect all characters is to play special brawl > flower & stamina > and apply 1 stamina to the second player. You will win after a second. Keep pressing start. Every now and then you can play against a character to unlock them!
