I started out with Viking Communication Technologies 4 1/2 years ago when I registering my first domain with them.

I started my online ventures by leasing one of their Shared Web Site Hosting packages. I found, over time and by comparing them with others, that their performance and service is excellent.

I always ended up sticking with them.

If I wanted to try a new application or needed a particular language to run it, boom, there it was, all ready to install and learn how to use.

When I ran into a problem, or needed to ask for help with an application or a module install, or simply a 'how-do-I'..., their support staff is Johnny-On-The-Spot and knowledgeable.

They will not, however, bottle-feed you. I learned a helluva lot by figuring out and doing things on my own. Viking Communication Technologies smoothed that path.

I am so pleased with this provider that I ended up 'growing up' with them.

To date, I lease a substantial number of VDS and Dedicated servers with them. I also host in the neighborhood of 150 domains with them as well.

Over time, my need for stable, reliable hosting grew. Virtual Dedicated Servers were the next logical step I took when I graduated from Shared Web Site Hosting. The performance of these server packages is great, and they are lightly loaded.

The flexibility of being able to customize my leases is invaluable. To date, I no longer run my money sites on their VDS's but use them primarily for my more exotic, 'disposable', traffic generating projects :)

Once again, their support is excellent. How they are able to maintain such low prices for their products and still maintain such an excellent support staff is beyond me. Whatever it is, I hope they keep doing it :) I'd be very hard pressed to find another, better provider for the money I spend.

Yeah, I know, VDS and Dedicated Servers are a little off topic. But I wanted to at least mention them because, well, they offer them and I make extensive use them.

I find their service and performance to be good enough to trust my money sites to them, their network and their equipment.

I think that is what it all boils down to... trust.
