Humility: A major part of communication is asking questions remember, so stop acting like "Mr. Know it All." That's my job.

Eye Contact: When you're the speaker, continue to scan the room during your presentation making sure everyone is pay attention to you. If you catch someone not paying attention: focus on them for about 45 seconds while continuing your presentation and what-do-you-know. Problem solved!

Be Social: Communication is all about exchanging information with others. Remember communication is education, so don't be a dumb- you know what!

Self Testing: Do you sing in the shower or talk to yourself in the mirror? If you don't then what are you waiting for? If you do that's great, because we need to hear the garbage that comes out of our mouth sometimes.

Becoming a natural: If you feel uncomfortable it will show. You have to practices as much as you can in order to become natural at communication.

Some people have the gift of gab but of course that's not you.
