Smilin' Eyes Treasures

Smilin' Eyes Treasures is my online store for my 2 passions - photography and vintage things. I offer an assortment of vintage and newer collectibles, replacement china and dinnerware, china, glass, and pottery, as well as books, magazines, prints, and anything else that I find interesting.



My real passion is flower and nature photography. I love to try to capture the beauty and inspiration of nature through a camera, and then enhance and play with the photos with my Corel photo program. I believe there is beauty in everything, if we but take the time to see. I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoy creating them.

I now have a gallery at Zazzle where you can purchase any of my images on printed greeting and note cards that you can personalize with your own greeting and message using the design tool - it's easy and fun! Also business cards and invitations. You can also purchase mugs, tote bags, keychains, posters, magnets, even Ked's sneakers, and more. Great gift ideas! If there is an item that I don't yet have created with a photograph you like, just let me know and I'll be happy to create it for you to purchase. Always feel free to contact me with any questions or requests.

I have also opened a store at Greeting Card Universe where I have many images on cards that are not yet available in my main store or Zazzle gallery.

About Smilin' Eyes Treasures 

Most of my items come from auctions and estate sales, but sometimes from someone's long forgotten attic "treasures". While selling some of my own unwanted "attic treasures" I discovered I really enjoyed vintage and unusual items, and also selling online. I found eCRATER to be the perfect place to open a store where I could offer all of my "finds".

One of the things I enjoy most about online selling of vintage and unique items are my customers. I have met some of the nicest people this way as they share with me how happy they were to find some particular item they had been looking for or the memories that were brought back.

My favorite story is about an Amana Radarange Popcorn Popper I had for sale. The woman who purchased it emailed me to tell me how happy she was to have found it. She and her husband were 70 years old and all their married life had been happily popping popcorn in her Amana Radarange popcorn popper. It was now well worn out and needed to be replaced. She had been looking at other popcorn poppers, but just didn't like anything she saw. She couldn't believe her eyes when she saw my popcorn popper, all shiny and new looking, as though someone had put it away so many years ago so it would be here when she needed a new one. Now she and her husband would be able to continue happily popping away until the good Lord takes them home.

Although I am not an expert, I do research my items and describe them as accurately as possible. Questions are always welcome.
