Collecting vintage hawaiian shirts
One of the most collected pieces of vintage clothing are probably the vintage hawaiian shirts (along with vintage t-shirts). Some of these are amazing pieces of art, they are part of american history, and not only you can collect them but you can also wear them (unless you are afraid of sporting a 8000$ Eugene Savage print shirt by Pali).

I use to have a small spot on my Vintage t-shirts lens for hawaiian shirts. But I really think they deserve their own little lens, so here we are!-

Ebay is one of the best source for vintage clothes. I am addicted to vintage t-shirt, so should you! They are soft and cuddly!! But BEWARE, some bad sellers use VINTAGE as key words and will try to rip you by selling you reproduction. Shop with care....

VINTAGE 40s DUKE KAHANAMOKU CHAMPION HAWAIIAN SHIRT NR
Engineered border hawaiian shirt in very good condition
100% RAYON ---Mens
This is an outstanding example of an early Duke Kahanamoku Champion by Cisco original Hawaiian shirt with a border motif. The climbing floral vine graphic runs symetrically along the hem and up the front and back with a perfectly matching pocket and corresponding matching collar. The graphics are clean and vivid on a yellow background. Overall the shirt is in very good condition, with small fraying on back of collar, minor fray on shoulder and stress at one button; all shown in photos. All buttons are original MOP (mother of pearl) and in good shape. The shirt is labeled XL but I do not believe it is that large.
