Vintage Everything
I just love anything vintage at all. I am a huge fan of Betty Boop and have Betty everything, including my Betty Boop Vintage Myspace Layouts. I love to show off my style, especially on Myspace because it's such a great place to put up cool vintage backgrounds. I have several myspace vintage layouts that I like to rotate between. I am a huge fan of vintage fabric and clothing and that is all that I wear. I also collect vintage jewelry, mostly costume stuff.
I've tried really hard to surround myself with cool looks everywhere I go. My home office has vintage tapestries on the wall, and even when I look at my most modern equipment (my fantastic imac) I still get to look at great vintage backgrounds and vintage myspace layouts! Can you tell I'm a fanatic?!

What's all the Vintage hype?
Let me tell you...
Well, there is certainly a huge trend of vintage backgrounds showing up everywhere. There is so much information about the rise of the vintage era (is that the re-rise? It wasn't vintage the first time around, it was current). As time keeps going on is the term "vintage" going to keep changing as well? Like the "oldies" music now is music I listened to as a child, are our current trends going to be vintage in our future? Something to think about...
When is Something Considered Vintage?
The word vintage is copied from its use in wine terminology, as a more elegant-seeming euphemism for "old" clothes. Generally speaking, clothing which was produced before the 1920s is referred to as antique clothing. Clothing from the 1920s to 1975 is considered vintage[1], and clothing manufactured from 1975 until twenty years ago is referred to as retro clothing.
