Learn How to Become a Virtual Assistant

Virtual Assistance is a relatively new industry, yet one that is experiencing explosive growth as people learn to use technology to work remotely. This industry presents incredible opportunities for aspiring entrepreneurs and small
business owners.

As baby boomers reach retirement age, many of them are determined to take their years of practical experience and translate it into a thriving virtual assistance practice where they can work from home and love what they do. Stay at home moms are also vitally interested in this industry as it allows them to work from home and spend more quality time with young families.

Unlike other fairly new industries, virtual assistants tend to face their challenges alone. Many new VA's have a hard time managing their various job functions when providing services to clients for the first time.

Virtual Assistance is not a simple matter of answering emails, making travel arrangements and handling an online calendar for clients. A technology savvy virtual assistant needs to know how to work competently in client websites and blogs, work in various systems such as 1shoppingcart, Infusion Soft, Aweber,
Constant Contact and Vertical Response, just to mention a few. A technology savvy virtual assistant needs to be able perform copywriting functions and know how and were to submit client articles. You will need to be able to create and maintain your client's bio on various social networking sites such as LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook. On top of all this, a virtual assistant will need to set competitive fees for their services, manage accounts receivables, fill the client pipeline and learn how to be incredibly organized.

We are dedicated to assisting and teaching newcomers to this vibrant industry how to build and grow a very successful virtual assistance practice. Our goal is to show you what equipment you need, what skills you need, and how to find work.
