How to get rid of 'em!

Particularly we like Trend Micro's "House Call" to get started with when a computer is already infected. This program runs in Internet Explorer 6 or greater, along with support for Firefox web browsers.
To get started your system will be ActiveX or Java enabled. If you don't know what either of these are chances are ActiveX is enabled on your system.
Below is the link to Trend Micro's Website. You will find the link to House Call under the "Popular Free Tools and links" area currently in the bottom left of the homepage. Click on House call and proceed with the following screens instructions.
For the more advanced users, don't forget to take a look at their HiJackThis program. It allows for manual removal of startup programs. Warning, only use this program if you are comfortable with changing advanced features of your computer.
