- My friend has swung from a hypothroid state to hyperthyroid, recently. She has Graves' Disease eye symptoms which are quite severe. I placed my lapis lazuli on her neck, about in the middle, and sent a light blue energy into the spinning chakra petals. She reached up and moved the stone lower, to the "pit" or "recess" at the bottom of her neck, and we both felt, through the stone, a rapid and very strong pulse or heartbeat. It disturbed her, and surprised me greatly, as well. She said it felt "weird", so I took it off and have not tried it again. What I am wondering is what happened. Did the Lapis and visualizations actually excite or stimulate her thyroid gland?
