Port Aransas and You
Port "A" is little piece of coastal heaven right on the barrier island of Texas. Located north of Padre Island, at the tip of Mustang Island, about 35 miles from Corpus Christi.
This is our favorite vacation spot. There are things to do there you just cannot do everywhere.
There's a gambling ship you can cruise out on and gamble 'til your heart's content.
You can go on a dolphin tour and watch the dolphins play.
You can go deep sea fishing on a charter.
You can watch birds, hunt for sand dollars, and even fish the surf!
Port "A" has fine dining, bars, shopping, and even beach cart rentals--so you do not have to spend a fortune on gas while you cruise the island attractions.
Year after year I hear Port Aransas calling for my return, how about you? Learn more at Port Aransas, Texas: A Fall or Winter Vacation Destination

My favorite beach would have to be Sandbanks in England, because I grew up there, but it's now one of the 4 most expensive places to live in the world. Posted May 22, 2008 |
