The Benefits of Visual Impact Muscle Building

There are a great deal of muscle building and fat loss programs out there these days, both on the net and on TV and at your local gym. If you're new to the world of fitness than you might feel like you are a little over your head. It can be really hard to know what is a good program for you, and what's a waste of time. Even more of a problem is that every trainer thinks they're right, even if they're not. The amount of differing opinions when it comes to weight loss and bodybuilding are staggering. The following is my attempt to clear up any confusion about Visual Impact Muscle Building.
I will start by telling you that most of the fitness programs these days, about 98% of them, are just trash (excuse my bluntness). These include the programs that you see on TV and in the Internet. Almost all of them don't deserve even a bit of my time to review, or even recommend to others.

When it comes to adding information on my website, I am a certified perfectionist. But anyone would behave the same way if he considers it as not only his business but his life, too. It displays all that I do, day and night. I always make it a point to never promote anything that I am not sure of and I haven't tried myself.

If ever I promote a product, or provide a review about it, it means that it truly is special for me, and most of all, I find it useful. It would also mean that this product is beneficial for my readers.

There are times when something would catch my attention that would pass my obsessive compulsive prerequisites. This time around, it's a fitness guide called "Visual Impact Muscle Building". It may not be perfect yet, but it's definitely getting there.

Visual Impact Muscle Building Review

Russell Moore, a colleague of mine who is more known as Rusty by most people, wrote and designed the Visual Impact guide. Aside from writing fitness books and guides, Rusty also maintains a high-traffic fitness blog. Currently, his greatest work is the Visual Impact Muscle Building program.

All his life, Rusty has been helping lots of people achieve a visually attractive body. He is different from most other trainers and fitness coaches when it comes to perceiving how an ideal body should be like. He doesn't like the overly exaggerated meathead, bodybuilder look. I don't necessarily mean anyone who has great muscles but those who possess a bloated, puffy look that many guys seem to go for despite it being so unattractive, even to women. Talk about being oblivious.

Instead, Rusty focuses on developing the lean, hardened-muscle bodies that we see on Hollywood celebrities in certain movies, such as Brad Pitt in Troy, Ryan Gosling in Crazy Stupid Love, Mark Wahlberg in The Fighter, and Ryan Reynolds in Blade Trinity. These guys have two things that are common among them: they look amazing without shirts on, and they still look amazing with shirts on. They look good no matter what angle we view them, and they still fit in their pants. Can we say the same thing with most bodybuilders?

If you are aiming to get a body such as those of Ronnie Coleman or Jay Cutler, don't bother to look into this program. You'll only waste your money. Get something else.

The exercises, reps, and sets of the Visual Impact Muscle Building guide all have a purpose. What is this purpose? That's to add muscles at the right places of your body - and only at the right places. For sure you don't want a really big ass the size of a mountain, but you rather want the tapered "V" shaped back, as well as flat, square looking pecs. Aside from these, you aim for smaller waist, ripped and round shoulders, a shredded 6-pack, and veins that are visible in your arms. A body that women will surely love and which you can be really proud of is what you want to achieve. No fitness guide other than the Visual Impact can help you achieve all these effectively in as short time as possible. If you can find one, let me know.

Rusty has done a great job in designing a step-by-step guide that gives people the opportunity to get the perfect body they want, without the unnecessary bulks. It's all about dense muscles and not the big, puffy ones that we often see in most bodybuilders. There will never be an instance in the program when you would look like a chubby football player. All you'll see is muscle gains without fat at all. So far, I haven't seen other muscle building programs that are as effective as the Visual Impact.

Another notable difference between the Visual Impact program and other muscle building programs out there is its transparency and direction. At the start of the program, you will be provided of the necessary instructions and information you need. This is much better than other muscle building and fat loss programs that only look like an encyclopedia when it comes to sharing information and instructions. They provide you with information that isn't 100% relevant and then you are left with no other information on what to do with them. That is something that frustrates many people, and I have been emailed about this by many of my readers countless times. It tends to get old over time, and I'm really glad that Rusty has addressed this issue.

There are 4 main steps, or phases as what Rusty prefers to call them, in Visual Impact. He guides you along the way from the beginning all throughout each phase and shows you what to do, how to do it, and how long you should do it before you can move on to the next phase. Yes, it does sound simple and a bit obvious but this is much better than the fitness programs you've tried before. With the way Rusty handles everything, you can really tell that he knows what he's doing and he's 100% sure about it, and that he enjoys helping people get the body they want, and now back to the topic.

The following are the 4 phases of Visual Impact Muscle Building:

Phase 1: Build Muscle in the Right Places

At the start of the program, specifically on this phase, Rusty gives you clear instructions on what exercises you should do, when to do these exercises, how many times to do them, and the volume in which to do them. There will be firm instructions on when you can move on to the next phase, and that is also reflected in each of the phases in this program.

Phase 2: Increase Muscle Density

At this phase, you will begin to see good results that will make you a little giddy. You might have noticed some people who have big, puffy, yet undefined muscles and look way different than people who have rock-hard, dense muscles. It is in this phase where you'll learn how to achieve the latter physique.

Similar to Phase 1, you will still be building muscles in this phase but the process is slightly different. This phase will involve lifting heavier weights in preparation for transitioning to Phase 3.

Phase 3: Achieve Maximum Muscle Density and Lose Excess Fat

In this phase, you will start to lose all those unnecessary fats that you still have. There will be more lifting of heavier weights to the point of breaking your personal best weight lifting records, and employing the most effective and powerful means of burning fats.

Bonus Phase: The Shrink Wrap Effect

This is a bonus phase that Rusty is more than willing to provide us in the program. I won't share a lot of information about this Shrink Wrap Effect technique here but bear in mind that this technique is what most Hollywood celebrities use to get their abs ready for the rolling cameras. The outcome? You'll notice your skin wrapped very tightly around your abs, giving you a very well-contoured set of abs.
