I'm currently testing out a free account with ClickTale with my own website - Leeds close up entertainer - Sticky the Magician. I've been meaning to update my site for a long time but have put it off because I never knew quite what to change to improve it. After a couple of days of watching visitor recordings I now know which bits need improving with photos and more easily digestible content like bullet points and will test out a new and improved website soon. I can continue to use visual website statistics from ClickTale to find out whether my changes have been successful and keep adjusting to generate more and more bookings.

Initially I was worried that recording visitors every mouse move would require a huge download onto their computer and then a big upload back to my server, but as I found out it's all done by a javascript file hosted on their server that's a few KB big. So the page load time isn't even affected.
