Vitamin Nutritional Supplements - Assure that your body gets the building block it needs on a daily basis. Your food, even if you eat healthy and get your 5 to 9 portions of fruit and vegetables daily, does not contain enough of everything.

Supplements - Does It Make Sense To supplement? 

Often I hear people say: "I'm eating healthy, why should I take vitamin pills?". And they seem to have a point.

But if you analize this statement and look behind the great appearance of todays fruit and vegetables, you will quickly realize, that 'eating healthy' is barely possible, if you buy your food in shops.
