I will show lots of information here about Vitamins and Supplements Our bodies require vitamins and we don't always get them all or enough from the fruit and veggies we eat, so supplements are used to make up for what we don't get from food.
What is a Vitamin
"Vitamins and minerals are substances that are found in foods we eat. Your body needs them to work properly, so you grow and develop just like you should. When it comes to vitamins, each one has a special role to play. For example:
