I am 43 years old and have had good eyesight for most of my life (except for some colorblindness). But in the last year I have seen my eyesight go progressively downhill and now use reading glasses. I see things blurry up close and have to hold small print material all the way out at arm's length to try to read it. I thought, "Oh, well, I guess I'm just getting older. I'll just have to get used to it. (sniff, sniff) There's millions and millions of other people dealing with the same thing."

But then one day recently, when I was searching through my files for some other information, I came upon a report that I've had in my posession for a number of years but had never read.(I hadn't needed it before) It was about hidden secret vitamins for eye health care. What was amazing was that most of these vitamins are easy to come by and some may even now be in you own vitamin cabinet at home! Most of them are cheap! And best of all, most of them work so surprising well it's almost like magic! You may or may not end up with near perfect eyesight, but you probably will at a minimum experience real improvement and maybe dramatic improvement like I did.

How do I know? Because I went to my own cabinet and right off the bat I found three that had been just sitting there. Let me tell you in a short version what I found about vitamins for eye health care:

* Vitamin A or Beta Carotene - An absolute must. It keeps your eye moist, protects against harsh glaring lights (i.e. fluorescent), air pollution, television, sun glare (but stay below 50,000 IU to avoid toxic overdosing)

* Vitamins B1, B2, and B12 for pain behind the eyes, watery eyes, paralysis of eye muscles, chronic watery eyes, blood-shot eyes, eyes that tire quickly and more. (just as well to get a whole B complex pill) Take with glutathione.

* Calcium with Vitamin D and magnesium for nearsightedness. (try a good coral calcium)

* Vitamin C with Bioflavonoids (combined) and Glutathione for protection from UV rays and to prevent or possibly reverse cataract formation.

* Selenium (not more than 400 mcg per day) and Vitamin E and tryptophan also for cataracts. Taken together they are synergistic.

*Lutein is also good for all around eye health. But it's also good for correcting our being overly sensitive to bluelight. It's interesting that it is the wavelength of bluelight (as common as in daylight but especially with the bluesky) that stimulates the pineal gland behind our eyeballs to wake us up. So it is possible that if we are overly sensitive to any bluelight that we will have difficulty in our brain's ability to shutdown at night when it's time to go to sleep.

There are also herbs and teas which have built-in vitamins for eye health care as well as other ingredients such as:

Yarrow Tea, Chamomile, Mallow, Calamus.

There are also many Homeopathic remedies like: Euphrasia 6x; Physostigma 6x; Graphites 30x; Ruta Graveolena 30x; Silicea 30x; Cyclamen 30x; Jaborandi 30x; Nitric Acid 30x; Spigelium 30x; Aconite 6x; Arnica 6x; Belladonna 6x; Hamamelia 6x; Lachesis M-Potency; Ledum 30x.

But the one that seems to be one of the best of all of these is an tincture called VIZU-ALL PLUS which appears to have many of these vitamins for eye health care incorporated in the herbs and berries.
