We found in a part of Solola, an ideal mix between education possibilities
and traditional population of Maya families. A agriculture
school, a school of music and art and as well sport facili-
ties, a football and a basketball field are just beside, the
terrain, which we selected. The acceptance in the popula-
tion to host such a center is given.

A terrain of 30.000m2 - at first sight ideal for a self suffi-
cient project. The current developing plan shows however
only, creating one center including CHAPAN bakery shop
and the GENIO computer school in one facility. Further
planned is to built a student hostel.
Using terrain for the cultivation of corn, beans and vege-
tables on ecological basis and their selling on the local
market, the income generated by the student hostel and
the possibility of selling parts of the area for private hous-
ing will create the capital source we need to build up the
project. of the building of a second G.Y.R.C. center, in a region of
Guatemala which still can be specified.
