- Im in the military and subscribed to Vongo before being deployed to Iraq so I can watch as many movies as I can on my down time for one low price a month but when I got to Iraq the service was unavailable outside of the U.S. I was still being charged for 9months without a phone number or anything to cancel my subscription. I think its only fair that I should get 9months at no charge and then we pick up where we left off.
Great service, Bad Custmer service. Am I asking for to much.
