Well its been over a year since the banking credit fiasco. My question is simple, before you vote take a little time to ponder your choices. With the govenments respectively using quantative easing to keep the banks fluid what signal is this sending out about whats really going on behind closed doors?

18 mths ago the buy to let bubble was at its peak, developers were selling property like hot cakes. And buy to let investors we're snapping them up often at inflated rates. Now all thats changed, banks are requiring at least 25% deposits down, and some major players we checked with (HSBC) said they have pulled all there B2L products a year ago. So is the party over leaving banks with big debt piles and revellers with a hangover, not forgeting the ticking time bomb of the poor ususpecting tennant who dosn't realise his landlord is currently in arrears.....
