I Love Wacky Party Lights! They're great for Halloween! I use party light strings indoors and out, all year 'round. Check out all the cool party lights you can find to decorate your home, office or patio.

Make a hit with strings of party lights for your next backyard bash or use them to decorate your flat, home or dorm. I love novelty party lights on strings. I have many different sets and designs of party lights: skeleton lights with moving bones, tin star lights, red and green chili pepper lights, dragon fly lights, and even a set of mandala pattern twinkling light sets with 8 different lighting designs. Some of the flash patterns on my kaleidoscopic light string set are mesmerizing ... psychedelic, even.

5 Ways to Decorate with Party Light Strings

Decorate with wacky lights all over the house, not just on the deck. You'll soon discover that novelty lights aren't all that tacky ... they just need the right location to sparkle as a unique decorator accent. They use less power than traditional lights, and party light strings throw a soft glow rather than a harsh bright light.
  1. Hang light strings with interesting cover designs from a curtain rod and suspend over a doorway or window frame.
  2. Fasten a string of mini lights, with or without decorative covers, from a tree branch suspended from the ceiling or standing in a corner.
  3. Suspend lights from a framework or hooks close in the ceiling. Next, hang opened paper umbrellas below to create a canopy that filters the light.
  4. Arrange party lights along the tops of upper cabinets in the kitchen. If you have objects on display there, simply wind the lights in and around the base to shine up toward the ceiling with a soft glow.
  5. Hang a lace tablecloth in front of a viewless window or behind a bed. Suspend lights behind the tablecloth to create a romantic lighting pattern.
