What is Wakeboarding?
- A board sport that consists of riding a wakeboard on water behind a boat.
- Commonly referred to as "snowboarding on water".
- Think watersking, but with a board, more fun, and less tight shorts.
Getting Started Tips
- Learn from someone who knows what they're doing. It's much easier to learn how to wakeboard from an instructor or skilled friend than to learn on your own.
- Get equipment that fits you and works. Improper equipment can hinder your progress.
- Watch instructional videos (see below) and read tips and tricks from websites and magazines.
