fountain can be installed on any type of wall surface including stud walls.

2. What factors should I consider in regard to water
usage?
These indoor wall fountains act as a natural humidifier and therefore
require a top up of about 1.5 to 2 gallons a day depending on the climate, size
and frequency of use. We recommend using distilled water, in order to reduce
the overall maintenance requirements of the fountain, by reducing the amount
of hard-water scaling that may occur on the rock.This is particularly important if the water in your area is "hard" and contains a high percentage of mineral content.
3. What sort of maintenance does a water fountain require?
Fortunately a professional product installed to a high standard
to the specifications highlighted in the installation manual, requires very little ongoing maintenance. You'll need to top up the water regularly, and ocassionally de-scale the stone. Your lens is really great. Couple of things you may want to mention that I have heard from my other clients who have fountains..Kitties love to play and drink out of their fountains. And men do not like these fountains in the bedroom, supposedly the sounds makes them want to go.
