Wall Street Journal

I am one of those newspaper junkies. From an early age I was encouraged to read newspapers. When I landed in Atlanta, I could not believe the poor quality of the local Atlanta Journal Constitution.

I tried various subscriptions over the years. New York Times - good but to much local New York news. I often yearned for a more international perspective. So I tried the Financial Times - pretty decent, but those yellow pages!

Only recently did I try the WSJ. Being slightly left of center I was a little concerned about the right leaning (apparently). However I often purchase it on vacation, and it struck me how many new, fresh and through provoking ideas come at you on a daily basis.
