Warhammer Online is an up and coming, high anticipated, MMORPG set to come out around June this year. It is set in the Warhammer universe adopted from the popular board game.
Warhammer Online seeks to seperate itself fromt he usual, run of the mill MMO's, by really making sure that everything a player does affects the War effort in some way. It does matter if you PvE or PvP, you are helping your realm defeat the enemy.
The ultimate goal for your realm is to push the enemy all the way to their capital city, and then ransack and destroy it. The realm that can do this will be rewarded with many items and gold as a token of their efforts.

What is RvR?
RvR stands for Realm vs Realm, and is what the game is built around.In RvR, the goal of you realm is to destroy the other realm and reach their capital city. Your realm does this by fighting the enemy in various locations in the game world.
In every play area, there are PvP areas and PvE areas for players to fight in. PvE areas might have you fight monsters and get resources for your realm. In PvP areas, you fight other players for control of the battlefield.
There are different tiers that your realm can fight on as they get you get closer and closer to the enemy capital city. As you go up tiers the playfield get progressively larger and larger, and more PvP oriented.
The first tier is about 80% PvE and 20% PvP. The last tier is about 80% PvP and 20% PvP. This allows players to PvP and PvE in any tier that they have access to.

What Is A Beta?
A beta is a phase of game developement. It is when the game is finally coming together and needs to be thoroughly tested.Developers cannot find every single bug in the game by themselves, so they invite players who have signed up to test the game give feedback.
This is great for the developers because it allows them to focus more on fixing problems than finding new ones to deal with. It allows them to create more new content as well because they have more time.
The players benefit from this because they get to play a game for free. The only things the dev's ask is that they send bug reports and provide constructive feedback. This is a fair deal.
Right now the Warhammer Online beta is still under NDA which means beta players are not allowed to tell people what the game is like. This is done to protect the game and it's developers, as they do not want people to hear false information about the game.
