Where is Warner Spring California?

Nestled in the rolling foothills of Palomar Mountain, within a two-hour drive from Los Angeles and a one-and-a-half hour drive from San Diego, lies a legendary resort - The historic Warner Springs Ranch, established in 1844, has been serving up western hospitality to travelers since the days of the old west Butterfield Overland Stage Coach. Today, the resort is open to groups and individual guests through our packages and also serves a community of regular users in the finest traditions of the private club. Whether you choose Warner Springs Ranch for a much-needed getaway, a group outing or a business conference, you'll quickly fall under the spell of its relaxed, rustic charm. Here you'll find 240 cozy cottages, most with fireplaces and mini-refrigerators, and without the intrusion of television or telephones. It's the ideal spot to relax, play, re-focus your energy, and retreat.

What is the Health Benefits of Hot Springs?

Soak away your stress and rejuvenate your body, mind.

If you have never soaked your stress away in soothing hot mineral water you are in for a treat. Hydrotherapy (water therapy) and Balneotherapy (mineral water therapy) are becoming more popular and recognized throughout the U.S., even though the Native Americans were well versed in their healing properties hundreds of years ago. The mineral waters bubble up from deep within the earth and contain wonderful healing minerals.

Hydrotherapy has a myriad of obvious health benefits like treatment of sore muscles, back pain, insomnia, and arthritis, to surprising health benefits like treatment of diabetes, stress, weight loss, and heart failure.

Hot water strengthens your heart by invigorating blood flow and cooling your body down. It promotes circulation ridding your body of toxins and stimulating your immune system.

Hot Springs rich in Sulfur and Sulfates are used to address a wide variety of conditions, including skin infections, respiratory problems, and skin inflammations.

Mineral springs naturally rich in chlorides are considered by some researchers to be beneficial for rheumatic conditions, arthritis, central nervous system conditions, posttraumatic and postoperative disorders, as well as orthopedic and gynecological disease.

Magnesium (Magnesia) converts blood sugar to energy and promotes healthy skin.

Sodium and natural salts assist with the alleviation of arthritic symptoms, and may stimulate the body's lymphatic system when used in baths.

Additional Benefits:
Stimulating the immune system, balance disorders, disease that impair circulation, premenstrual syndrome, musculoskeletal injuries, bronchial asthma, multiple sclerosis, spinal disease, weakened back muscles, headaches and migraines, vertigo, mild depression, appetite loss, bronchitis, varicose veins, nervous excitability, hip treatment, hemorrhoids, kidney and intestinal pain, and low blood pressure....and besides all this it feels wonderful. Looking forward to seeing you at Warner Springs.
