Warren Moon Football Jerseys

When I was growing up I loved Football. Being that I grew up in the Houston area, I was always a big fan of the Houston Oilers (tisk, tisk). It broke my heart to see them go, but I do have a couple of things in my closet to remember them. Although I have since outgrown them, I still keep my two Warren Moon football jerseys.

I do not know why I have kept them for this long, being that I could not ever fit into them ever again, but I just cant seem to get rid of them. To me, they are both unique in their own ways. One of them, the baby blue one, is an authentic game style home jersey. The name and number are both stitched very nicely into the flexible cloth. The other is a white practice style jersey. It has the bigger holes, and the name and number are both painted on.

When the Oilers left Houston, I was lost. I could not believe that a team with as much backing as the Houston Oilers had was able to just up and leave. Al of the poor fans in Houston were left in the dark. No team to root for, and when they left, they even changed the name of the organization.

A few tough years passed, and Houston now has a new team. Even though I live in Dallas, I still go for the Houston Texans. It definitely makes life interesting because the Dallas Cowboys are Americas team and how can I live in Dallas ad not be Cowboys fan? It is hard, but I manage.

I recently heard that Warren Moon is a commentator for the Seattle Seahawks. More power to him. I really miss the days of him playing for the Houston Oilers, but things change, and life happens.
