A recent Mythbusters explosion shattered windows up to a mile away
The Best Science Show on Television?
Residents of Esparto, California had their windows shattered by an explosion designed to see whether or not it was truly possible to knock someone's socks off. Although Mr. Hyneman worries about glorifying explosions, he ascertains that the processes employed are grounded in the scientific method. That said, Jamie Hyneman, says that he and the team "don't have any pretense of teaching science."

Not the most informative or thorough, but the most entertaining and the one that does the best job keeping it interesting all through the watching, for all ages. Bill Nye, while more informative and thorough, is very childish in its approach, which can offset older people. In total, yes, it is the best.

mythbusters is the best educational show ever!!!! Time warp may show some cool scenes, but mythbusters you don't know whats going to happen. it could be busted, pausible, or confirmed.

Not that I remember it all that well anymore, but Bill Nye the Science Guy was awesome. Of course, Mythbusters is the most entertaining still around, but probably not the most informative.
