The Facts - The Theory - Water Make You Lose Weight 

This is the section where I go over how water is key for weight loss.

Many times when your body feels like it needs to eat it is actually because you just need a drink.

If you feel hungry and you know you shouldn't be eating drink a couple glasses of water. Those two glasses of water are not only healthy for your overall health but it will suppress your hunger. Drinking water regularly will make you need to use the restroom more often. When you find yourself going you are actually extracting unnecessary weight from your body.

Drinking water before a meal will allow your body to know when you are full - instead of eating without any water inside your stomach.

Remember water has zero calories and you can drink however much you want of it. Just drinking water without exercising and overall eating healthy won't help you lose weight but it will assist you and make you feel healthier then ever before.

Water is the true reason why vegetables and fruits are key to weight loss diets.

Fruits and vegetables are filled with water and this is part of the reason why they are so healthy. Of course you will not get all the vitamins that are included when you eat a fruit so remember it is really healthy to eat fruits and vegetables regularly.

Water eliminates the not so natural elements in your body.

This is because water speeds up your metabolism and cleanses out your body the natural way.

Water will increase your your skins appearance and make you overall feel better on top of helping you lose weight.

When the bodies metabolism speeds up it allows you to eat the foods you want to eat. I'm not saying that food goes right through you but, since your body is taking in water regularly it is healthy.

The Trick To Lose Weight Fast While Drinking Water 

This isn't drink water instead of eating, it's more like drink water instead of feasting!

First of all... Just Eating Low Fat Foods DON'T WORK.

These low fat diets obviously do not works. Have you noticed people have been popularly buying low fat foods for the last 15 years yet our society is going fatter? This proves that eating low fat foods alone is not what it takes to lose weight.

Second of all.. Just Eating Low Calorie Diets DON'T WORK.

This is the most unhealthy and unnatural thing to do to your body. Eating low amounts of calories every day will not work. You may see an initial loss of weight the first week you start however this is making your metabolism slow down. This means that your body get used to the low calories and does not break down fat the way it used to. Eating low amounts of calories is noneffective and really unhealthy.

Next, Just Eating Low Carb Plans DON'T WORK.

If you have tried low carb dieting, you probably know how hard it is to lose weight. The menus are so strict that it is sometimes impossible for the average person that goes on it to feel satisfied and happy while eating. Also when you are not feeding your body carbs you are robbing your body of energy (carbohydrates) which leads to most cases of failure while carb dieting.
