BANZAI FALLS MEGA CRISS-CROSS Customer Review: Great Fun!
My 5 year old and ALL of her friends love this slide. It is easy to set up and put away (about 15-minutes). Be sure to let it dry before storing so that it does not get mildew stains. And make sure to instruct the kids to run from the bottom to the climbing wall on the side without the air hose-if the air hose disconnects from someone stepping on it, the slide deflates while the kids are on top (slowly though, so you have time to get them off and reconnect). The kids use it for hours-even with the cold hose water! And all of the adults are fascinated when we inflate it. It's great fun for the under 9 age group. I highly recommend it if a pool is not an option for your home.

Customer Review: Excellent slide for kids
I purchased this slide for my son's birthday in May. I waited until now to write a review, so I could see how it held up and how much he liked it. He had about 14 kids going down it all day on his birthday and it made it through that without a problem, so it got the immediate seal of approval from me, as it didn't cost a lot more than renting something for the kids to play on.

It has now been in use pretty much every weekend since May 12th (today is October 4th and there are kids on it again) and I can say that it seems to be a pretty durable product. The only problem I have with the slide is not really with the slide itself, but the stakes that are used to hold it to the ground. The stakes are made of plastic and have bent and are now very hard to get into the ground. This isn't that big of a deal, as you can get other stakes, I am sure. The material of the slide has not ripped anywhere and the plastic surfaces are holding up extremely well.

The fan that inflates the slide has been very solid and has had no problems running for hours on end weekend after weekend. The only thing that seems odd about the fan is that I have to press the reset button each time I plug it in, as it will not power up after being stored for a week. Perhaps this is some safety feature that I am not aware of... who knows?

Setting the slide up is extremely easy and takes about five minutes from unboxing to having it up and ready to use. I am very happy with the setup on this slide and am, quite frankly, amazed that it is so easy to get up and running.

Taking the slide down is a bit more difficult and it takes a bit longer, as you have to make sure you dry the unit before storing it. What I have been doing is turning the water off, draining the water off the slide surface, and leaving the fan motor on to keep it inflated for 30 minutes to an hour after use. This allows a lot of the water that gets on the sides to be dried before deflating the slide. The real problem comes with the fact that the slide will still be wet and the instructions say not to store it wet. You will need to move the slide from the VERY wet spot in your yard and let it dry before rolling it up and storing it.

On a related note, I have never been able to roll the slide up so that it will fit in the bag that came with it, so I use the bag to store the motor, stakes, water hoses and water bags that are used with it. I have only been able to get the slide down small enough to fit in the original box... I don't have a clue how to get it any smaller, but it doesn't really matter.

I would rate this slide a 4.5 out of 5, as it is very well made and a lot of fun for the kids. It would be a five-star unit if the stakes were better and it was a bit easier to dry and store.

I gave it a 5 on the ratings here, as there is no way to give a half-star increment.

Customer Review: VERY HAZARDOUS
This product literally BLEW-UP in my son's face. After charging it we took it down to grandparents house and set it down on the floor while he went to go change into swim gear. He came back to pick it up and it exploded! The blue nose part hit him square in the forehead and we saw lights and the blast was so loud! I am filing a incident report with US consumer products but hopefully I can stop someone else from buying this until that is settled.
Customer Review: Question company's credibility
We bought this product for Valentine's Day. Well, naturally, it was Memorial Day before we could use it. As the other reviewer noted it is only good for about 30 minutes and ours filled with water. We started contacting the company and after three weeks of e-mails and repeated faxing of the receipt they claimed it was out of warranty. They couldn't have told us that upon the initial e-mail when they were told it was purchased in February? We took it back to the store where we purchased it where we discovered they have been having issues with them and the company is not receptive to helping. Guess we've learned the hard way about this product. Also, there was no warranty information in the box at all so I am not sure where they were quoting their warranty from. Beware.
