This was a busy week for us. We were implementing a number of the money making techniques as shown in Wealthy Affiliate.

Wealthy Affiliate University - 21 July 2008
I have been so busy the past week that I haven't had a chance to update this lens. I have been writing a Squidoo eCourse which has been going really well. It has generated quite a few sign-ups already and I still haven't finished it yet. One more lesson to write up and I am done.
The best news for the week has been Carson responding to my request to take a look at my Adwords campaign. As I mentioned previously, I am pretty much a newbie when it comes to Adwords so to get his advice was invaluable.
He went through my plan and found quite a few things I was doing wrong. My main problem was that I wasn't getting any clicks so he specifically went through the reasons why and how to fix them.
You know that it doesn't matter how many books you read about Adwords, there is nothing like an expert having an unbiased look at your campaign and pinpointing the problems, and to have the added bonus of having him tell me how to fix my campaign was invaluable.
Getting that sort of hands on advice in itself is worth thousands in my opinion. And yet this program with all its information, tools and hands on help is really very inexpensive.

Tasks for Week 6
Each week of the learning plan has a number of tasks for you to action during the week. This weeks list of tasks includes:
- If you are ready to tackle email marketing, create an Aweber account
- Research three different industries that you could build an email marketing campaign for
- Build a squeeze page within a specific industry
- Create three targeted ad groups OR write 3 more articles to drive traffic to your squeeze page
- Monitor and continue building your "top listing" tool campaigns
- Make at least three helpful posts in the forum, you'll be surprised how much you learn doing so
I am just loving Wealthy Affiliate and I have learnt so much from it.
