Yes I'm an actual member of the Wealthy Affiliate University, so here is my Wealthy Affiliate Review.
I know what you are thinking. Wealthy Affiliate is just going to teach me the same old stuff I can find already online.
Or are they?
I've been a member for nearly six months now, but originally I mainly signed up for their 8-week course on Affiliate Marketing as I was interested in what they would teach me. So if you are interested I've outlined the course here.
At first I thought the monthly fee was a bit expensive, but then I realized that the price is way cheaper than if I did a course at my local community college, and I will probably learn a lot more. And now the money I'm earning now far outweighs the cost of the course, so it's definitely paid for itself - and then some.

I wrote this after I started Wealthy Affiliate.
Yes I'm still a student at Wealthy Affiliate!Ok, so I'm extremely lazy and haven't been doing much 'affiliate marketing' lately.
Oh and guess what - while I was doing 'nothing' I've made over $200 last week!! Not bad for someone who likes to slack off now and then.
Now I don't know about you, but making money while I'm being lazy is MY kind of job!
Wealthy Affiliate really does rock ..
Now, it's time to try and do some more studying to see how much money can really be made ...
UPDATE: I'm about to launch a new campaign which I've learnt from WA - stay tuned to see how much money it makes me.
17 January - New site is up and I've already had a tiny bit of traffic. Can't wait to see the dollars roll in ..
18 January - First sale! I'm $30 richer already.
19 January - Add another $55 to that, so total so far = $85
21 January - Another $50 today - thats a total of $135
22 January - Another $55 today - brings my total to $190
4 April - I've lost count but it would be in the $ thousands by now $
I've been averaging around $150-$200 a week since launching the campaign. Not bad for a newbie huh! In fact I would really recommend this site to all newbie's looking to get started in Internet Marketing so they can make some money. They really do teach you so much.

I'm off to a flying start. There isn't much to do this week except for get acquainted with the site.There is loads of stuff on this site, I don't know if I'll be able to get to it all.
I also had to make some posts to the forums. Wow, the amount of information on the posts here is amazing. I've spent months trying to muddle through on my own, I should have joined here much earlier!
Anyway - The good stuff starts next week, and I'm ready to get my hands dirty.

Things are starting to heat up. I've got a lot of action tasks to do this week.They include starting your first marketing campaign! This is big - Hopefully I should see the dollars start to roll in soon.
Still left to do is article marketing and setting up my webpage/squidoo lens.

This week is all about learning how to research your market so customers will be crawling at you to give you their money.
It focuses on how to really find what customers want, (rather than just choosing a product to promote). It's probably one of the most important weeks so far.

Wealthy Affiliate Course - Week 4
This week you learn how to set up a website and how to produce pages that convert into lovely sales.It's been proven that having your own website can drastically increase the effectiveness of your overall conversions.
Wealthy Affiliate University - Week 5
Week 5 is all about promoting your campaign that you produced last week. As you can see from above, I started promoting my review website from all the tips I got from Wealthy Affiliate and within one week had already made $200. And I'm an absolute beginner - Imagine what I can do when I learn more!Not bad for such a short space of time. Can't wait to see what happens over the next few weeks, can you?
Wealthy Affiliate University - Week 6
Week 6 is all about Email Marketing and how to build a long term relationship with your clients.It includes examples of squeeze pages that convert (very nice too!), how to set up your autoresponder and how to provide quality customer service.
We hear it all the time that the money is in the list, but until you know what you are actually meant to be doing with your list it can be a bit confusing. This week aims to clear up exactly what you need to do to take advantage of email marketing and build a list of quality prospective customers.
Wealthy Affiliate University - Week 7
Week 7 is about how to analyze your results and the importance of doing testing.We all know we should be doing testing, but how many of us really know what we should be testing, or even how to do it?
This module goes over proper split testing techniques, conversion tracking and how to refine your campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
Wealthy Affiliate University - Week 8
I've finally reached Week 8. This last week is all about creating your long term business plan.I think this last week really sums everything up and helps you go on to really succeed as an affiliate.
So often you hear about affilates that make a few hundred in their first month and then it dies down and they are left with nothing. This course really teaches you how to BUILD your business so that you can keep bringing in new customers and keep your cashflow coming in.
Overall I've been really impressed with the 8 Weeks and it has definately made me a better marketer. I have no doubt that anyone who joins Wealthy Affilate will be really pleased with their decision.
It really is a great investment into your future.

- I try to give as much info as I can so that you can make the right decision for you. You really have to think about whether you want to work at home or not. The hardest thing for me to overcome was the distractions. Like the dogs barkings and wanting to go outside every 30 minutes, and the phone ringing etc. You get the picture :-) Once I got past all that and learned to focus, I was off and running. And once you start to make money, you will naturally want to start to maximize that income. It's your income after all.

Good overall tutorial that covers the basics (just like the name says! Most of it you will probably already know, but there were a few tips that I picked up.

I have to say that by far my most favorite method of marketing lately is Bum Marketing (or article marketing). This Tute covered which directories are best to target, how to find the right keywords and general tips on writing a good article.

Different techniques of marketing that don't cost a lot of money. While I already knew about article marketing (or bum marketing), the section on forum marketing was really interesting.

I've been using Clickbank for a few months now (not a penny to show for it though) so I was expecting this subject to be a little light on. I was wrong - this has taught me so much about how to choose the right products on Clickbank and how to use the Wealth Affiliate Clickbank research tool. This tool is awesome! It tells you which products are hot and which to avoid - well worth the membership fee

- Very good lens. I am a member of Wealthy Affiliate and it's a great place. I'm hoping to be where you are some day. I am seeing a lot of new people coming and having success. It's great to see people in there that are finally able to work from home and make more than they did working. I like to see that.
