Nice Weather
Latvia has nice weather in the summer, and pretty cold in the winter, however, this makes us geographically wery nice place. No huricanes, no earthquakes or similar problems.

Due to Latvia's close proximity to the sea, summers tend to be humid and somewhat rainy. Average annual rainfall in Riga is 566 mm (about 20 in.), with an average of 180 rainy days annually.
Because of its location at the cross roads of trade, and its cultural appeal, the capital city of Riga has become the main tourist destination in Latvia.
