I have spoke with so many people that would like to get into affiliate marketing or get involved with some sort of web affiliate program but they aren't sure where to start.

In the site descriptions for the sites available for sale you may see offers for hosting for $10 per month. That's not a bad price considering the site owner will stick with you and take care of all of the technical details as long as you are a customer.
