Webkinz Theme Birthday Party Details & Photos

I wanted to let you know that my WEBKINZ birthday party was a huge success and I took some pictures to share.

My husband and daughter made a Wheel of Wow and that was the hit of the party. The girls all loved spinning the wheel.

I used a lot of the ideas that I bought from the Webfriendz party package that is already on your site including the Kinzcash and the following games: Operation Gumball, Word Challenge, Bingo, Bowling, and Dicekinz. However, I added to the Bowling and DiceKinz games by using a real bowling game and purchasing styrofoam dice from the teacher's store.

The Dr. Quack's Assistant game came from the Webkinz site here.

When the girls arrived.. they decorated a white sack by drawing a picture of their WEBKINZ on it. I found how to draw different Webkinz on the website and had that for the girls to look at.

We played games and the winner of the game would get 2.00 webkinz cash and the rest of the girls got 1.00 for playing. You can see my itinerary in one of the pictures. The girl with the most Kinzcash at the end of the party won a surprise gift which was a Lil' Kinz.

The girls loved the GEM Hunt... I purchased adhesive jewels and placed them inside of Easter Eggs and the girls were told to only find four eggs. I scattered them in the backyard. Then they
came inside and put their jewels on crowns I had premade out of posterboard. Then they got cash for their jewels as well.

We also made Webkinz Sleeping Bags .. by using fleece. We made small little blankets that you tie.

For the Wheel of Wow prizes I had.. lip balm, glow bracelets, bags of candy, WEBKINZ bookmarks (bought in a lot from Ebay), a few packets of trading cards, Surprise gifts, Webkinz Cash, Mystery Gifts.

For my daughters cake, I took her picture and then had it put on an Ice Cream Cake.

Each girl was asked to bring a Webkinz with them to the party. When the girls first got there we had them make a charm bracket or necklace with the name of their animal out of letter beads so the Webkinz wouldn't get mixed up.

We played a gem hunt game. We had nine guests attend and we used nine shoe boxes as the mines and were placed around the yard. When given a signal the girls ran to find a mine. Only one girl can be at a mine at a time. They opened a box and it said "Slug, Please return to the curio shop" or it said the name of the gem, and the directions said to please take one gem and return to the curio shop. I was gem master and when they returned to the shop they glued on the gem to their crown (burger king hat). If they returned to the shop with a slug (nothing) they just marked of that mine that they went to and ran out to find another mine. It was a race to make your Crown of Wonder first. The girls had a lot of fun with this game.

They also made small crowns out of foam and pipe cleaners for their Webkinz. We had a bunch of left over gems from the gem hunt. We punched two holes in the lower end of the crown and placed a pipe cleaner through the holes. It works best when you twist the pipe cleaner under or behind the ears of the Webkinz.



My husband made the Wheel of Wow. We used that as the center of our daughter's party. For the Webkinz twister game each girl spun the Wheel of Wow and moved her Webkinz animal on the color of the dot that she spun. The first Webkinz to pass over the finish line won a prize. We also used the Wheel to give them a gift as each girl left. Each bag contained a different Webkinz gift. There were bracelets, a necklaces, charms, trading cards and lip balm.

The Wheel of Wow cake was made by Dairy Queen. We provided a picture of the Wheel of Wow and they made the cake.

I threw a Webkinz Theme Birthday Party for my 8 year old daughter yesterday.

We played "Gem Hunt" and "Wheel of Wow" like eveyone has done. I checked this site when I was planning the party with my daughter. Thanks a lot! :)

For the Wheel of Wow, I bought a large size party plate at the dollar store. I painted each section. I made a hole in the center and attahced a plastic spinner (arrow parts) which I got from one of my kids other games. Girls spun the arrow and got a treat or sticker where the arrow stopped. It was handy and worked well to play the game on the party table.


Another thing I'd like to share is I made a necklace for each Webkinz and a matching charm bracelet for the girls with Swarovski crystal beads. The order of colour is the same as the Crown of Gem Hunt; Red, Green, White, Blue and Yellow. My daughter gave each guest a necklace for their Webkinz as a welcome gift. I let the girls do a Gem Hunt. Then I collected the gems(charms). I made a charm bracelet with the gems and gave the girls their bracelets when they went home.

We had so much fun!

Webkinz Theme Sleepover Party

When the kids arrived, the poster with Today's Activities in Webkinz world greeted them at the door.

We had a carnival spinner for the Wheel of Wow and the first time they spun it, they got a bag to decorate to put all their Kinzcash in. (We printed up Kinzcash paper money)

We played Zingoz Pop. We had taped about 70 balloons to the wall, some had kinzcash in them. They split into two teams and one boy from each team would go pick a balloon and sit on it until it popped. They earned the Kinzcash for their team and split it up at the end.

To get the presents, the boys all did Zacky's Quest. My son opened a gift, and then the giver read the instructions for their next task and
all the boys worked together to achieve it. There were 5-boy trolleys they had to walk on together for five feet, they did the human knot, climbed over barrels, and such and then at the end, there were pillow cases and fabric markers (to make pillowcases for their "real" rooms.)

We did Arte's gem hunt with real geodes and man-made break a gems from Oriental Trading. The boys had a blast pounding them out.

When dinner was served, all the boys played the wheel of wow again to get a certain kind of Kool-Aid single for their dinner drink. For the cake, we used the Wilton Easter Bunny Cake Pan and my son
decorated his Rice-Krispie treat rabbit with 3 colors of sugar sprinkles until it looked like he wanted it.

After one last spin on the Wheel of Wow with glow bracelets as prizes, it was sleeping bag time with a movie. Breakfast in the morning was individual boxes of cereal wrapped in brightly colored tissue paper (with the ends twisted to resemble candy). The cereal boxes in their tissue paper were taped to the swingset and the boys threw a homemade "bean" at the boxes until one fell down.

It was lots of fun and very "boy-ish".

I'm planning both of my girls Webkinz parties right now so I'll send you pictures in a couple of weeks.

My mom is having some friends make a real "Wheel of Wow" which the kids will spin for prizes.

We are having each guest bring their favorite Webkinz or stuffed animal and we are making Webkinz party hats for the Webkinz (not the kids). I just took colored paper, elastic to keep the hats on, and printed the Webkinz logo on stickers and cut them out for the front of the hats. We are also going to make bead necklaces for each Webkinz. So when the kids come they'll each get a hat and necklace for their Webkinz.

We have a bouncy house coming and that is going to be the Webkinz Clubhouse.

I bought colored rocks from the craft store to use as Gems - they will probably just be an item on the Wheel of Wow.

I am also going to make paper crowns to be the Crown of Wonder - another item for the Wheel of Wow. I found a great site to help make play money and made some with real pictures of webkinz.

This site only prints in black and white, so Amy inserted her own photos through Photoshop. But, if you are someone not experienced with Photoshop (like me!), the black and white photos would still be great!

Hi! We're having a friend party for my daughter on Friday.

I made the Wheel of Wow and for the Wishing Well game, I have black buckets that I picked up for free that are originally used to hold bouquets of flowers from the supermarket. We're going to place golf balls (12 balls - 4 colors - so there will be 3 of each color) in the bucket. I cut egg cartons to hold the balls so as the kids pull them out, they will put the first 3 in one row and so on. I'm awarding them with 1 Kinzcash if they match 2 and 2 kinzcash if they match 3.

For a gem hunt, I have cut brown cardboard into the shape of the stalagtites. On the ends, I will tape small brown bags filled with either gems purchased at our local dollar store or plain rocks (slag). The kids can sell their gems or keep them.

Hopefully, this will go as planned and I'll send pics along.

They had a colorful Webkinz 'W' cupcake cake made for them at Krogers. They also made a terrific Wheel of Wow, created their own Kinzcash, had the guests make crowns for their Webkinz, smashed geodes, had a balloon-dartz game and gave each of the party guests real prizes from Webkinz World!
