Picking The Perfect Name For Your Webkinz®
Webkinz Naming Guide®
There are many factors that go into choosing a good name. The kind of pet and whether it is a boy or girl weigh heavily in the decision.
Many owners choose to name their Kinz based on how it looks. For example, naming a Raccoon "Ringo" based on the rings on it's tails. However, a girl raccoon named Ringo may be a poor choice. Pets can also be named based on their color or features. Think of other things that may be the same color or have spots or stripes. For example, a spotted frog can be named pickles or freckles.
Kinz are so incredibly cute that many popular names reflect this. Fluffy and Snowy are good choices for a Husky Kinz. Other popular names come from Movies like "Snow Dogs."
Other popular names include Mountains, Rivers, names in Foreign Languages: Indian, French, and Spanish names lead the list.
Whatever you decide to name your pet, know that it will last a lifetime and your Webkinz® will reward you with lots of cuddling.
If you don't have a Webkinz® yet, what are you waiting for? Someone close to you will love getting one and they make great gifts. Just click on any of the pictures below and get started today.

Taking Your Time to Get a Great Name
Don't worry about taking time to choose the right name. If you can't decide on a name right away, just pay attention to your pet as you are reading or playing with her.
Pets are your friends for life, so their name is very special. They need to like it too. It's alright if you want to think it over for a few days, until you find a name that you really like. It's much better than living with a name you are both unhappy with.

- I like to come up with clever names, but sometimes I just find a simple name and use it.My beagle I named "Boondoggle"-Boonie for short, because it has the word dog in it.I named my webkinz turkey "Gobbledyguk" because of the word gobble. That's one of my favorites. However, my spotted frog is simply named Groucho. It just seemed to work for me.
