There are hundreds of website traffic generation courses coming into the market place every single day, which the masses are purchasing. Whether it be a 50 page e-books or 50 step by step videos showing people "how to" drive traffic to a given website, Still the failure rate remains about 97%.

Why is that, If the masses are buying the products?

The "how to do" something has never been the recipe for success in any thing in life, it is the actual doing, or for want of a better phrase the "taking action"that is the key

People fail because they do not take massive action even though they know how to generate traffic, and no amount of courses in the world can remedy that.

In order for one to come to a solution, one must identify the source of the problem, and to my mind that source is, the initial belief, or lack there of.
