You could always try being a little out of the ordinary and go for wedding dresses for the beach made from a swim suit with a long sarong.

You can also wear a white bikini or swimsuit covered with a long gauzy sarong. Envision how beautiful it would look if you added silver or crystal sequins to the pieces. You could also apply crystal tattoos scattered on your shoulders.

A casual hair style works best for beach weddings. If the day is windy, your hair will look beautifully natural and 'tousled' as opposed to looking 'messed up'.

Silk flowers are beautiful hair accessories. Silk flowers are ideal for clammy, humid climates as they keep their shape and look good all day.

Still, there are some aspects of planning a wedding that really bring out the worst in people. From the very beginning, I vowed to stay out of the planning.

I didn't mind taking orders as long as I didn't have to argue about details. Despite my best efforts, she refused to hire a wedding planner.

Her and her mother, neither of whom have experience at holding events, nonetheless decided that they would plan the wedding themselves.

I knew that it was pointless to argue. I let it go.
Still, the situation got more and more dire.

They couldn't decide on wedding centerpieces, they couldn't find someone to cater the wedding who they trusted, and in terms of wedding bridal gowns - forget it.

It was a nightmare for them to pick out anything. The worst moment, however, came when we got down to printing out wedding announcements.

Naturally, I had assumed that we would get our wedding invitations and announcements printed by a professional stationery store.

I actually had a contact in the business, a man who had been printing wedding announcement cards for years and was very good at what he did. He offered to give us discount wedding invites because of his friendship with me, but my wife would have none of it.

Although she did not directly insult him over his offer for wedding announcements, she was rather brusque. Apparently, she had her own ideas, and she did not appreciate me butting in.

Not only did she decide to do the wedding announcements by hand, but she neglected to even tell me about it!

She didn't consult me on the wedding announcement wording, something which I didn't mind very much. Still, when I saw the wedding announcements she was making, I was a little bit shocked.

You see, my wife is no more than a journeyman at calligraphy. Her writing is pretty, but it is certainly not professional. The first dozen wedding announcements that she finished looked awful.

I was truly torn. The last thing I wanted to do was to fight with her about the wedding invitations, but they really did look awful.

I didn't want my friends to see such a shabby job. Eventually, however, I decided to just keep my mouth shut. Now if she finishes the invites, we can finally get on with it!

It pays to make certain that what you prepare yourself is professional. If you would not pay somebody else to produce products of that standard, it simply is not professional enough to use.

Here are two suggestions for men's beach wedding attire for a very casual wedding:

Informal wedding:

1. Consider an informal Hawaiian shirt, plain white drawstring pants and leather sandals or go bare feet. You can also add wedding leis to the outfit to complete the look

2. How about some light coloured or khaki shorts, an open neckline tropics shirt and bare feet or deck shoes? Stunning and stylish!

Smart Casual:

For casual yet smart men's beach wedding attire try one of the following suggestions:

1. For a classy but relaxed men's beach wedding attire try white drawstring pants, a crisp tailored linen shirt, sleeves rolled up, lapel open and leather sandals.

2. A white linen shirt and dark trousers with no tie can also look fresh and distinguishing.

Semi-Formal:

If your wedding is a little more formal you may want to try one of the following looks:

1. For classic men's beach wedding attire opt for cream or khaki trousers, a crisp tailored linen white shirt and an understated tie, a Bamboo Amalfi Shirt also looks the part.

This is a truly timeless look, and can be varied to suit the requirement best.

2. For a more formal wedding can be light coloured (sand or wheat) Monaco Suit.

3. Or opt for a the darker colours like navy blue, charcoal or black tropical wool suit with a white Batik Island shirt and dark tie.

Bouquets of flowers have always been one attraction at any wedding.

Bouquets are already part of the wedding tradition on all races.

A bouquet of flowers symbolizes a blossoming maiden and reflects her emotions.

Therefore, wedding bouquets should be carefully selected and planned the same way you plan for your wedding gown.

Here are just a few tips in choosing your wedding bouquet:

1. It is recommended that you choose a flower that is on season to save money and time. This will not give you hard time trying to order the flower as well.

2. You can choose other alternatives like silk flowers especially if the flower you would like to use is not in season. Silk flowers are also suited in formal weddings; fresh picked flowers may not fit a very formal party.

3. Your bouquet should not drown you. Be sure that it will not cover your figure. If you are petite, the weight of the flower might be too heavy for your built and may affect your posture and how you carry your gown.

Remember that your bouquet should not be too big so as not to cover your elegant gown and should be easy to carry.

4. The flowers you chose should last for the entire day. Make sure that your flowers still hold up even at the end of the day so that you will still look glamorous when taken pictures.

Using a bouquet holder is suggested to keep the flowers fresh during the entire day. Also take the advice of your florist on which flowers easily wilt so that you can avoid choosing them.

5. Don't let your florist imagine the flower design you like. You may take a picture or a printed copy of the bouquet style you prefer. Also bring a sample fabric of the gowns so that the florist can choose the correct shade of flower that will match the color of the gowns.

Some bouquets may be decorated with ribbons, lace and silk materials. You can advise the florist on what specific designs would you like to add for your flowers.

6. Why not choose a flower that has special meaning? That will not be difficult since most flowers have their meanings. Stephanotis stands for happiness in marriage, Rose means love and being true, and Tulips stand for perfect love and declaration of love.

7. One of the first things to consider when opting for a bouquet is the style. Choose the bouquet style that will suit you and your personality. Bouquets are more personal nowadays and reflect the brides' personalities.
