Weezer is an American Grammy-nominated rock band from Los Angeles, California. They have released five full-length albums, three EPs, and a DVD; the first album was later re-released as a remastered deluxe edition. Their most recent album, Make Believe, was released on May 10 2005. Weezer is currently recording their sixth album, with a tentative release for the first half of 2008 in mind. They have sold more than 10 million records to date in the US. Weezer is a band that has been around for almost 15 years now. They have had many well known singles for over 10 years now, some of which include "Buddy Holly," "Say It Ain't So," "Hash Pipe," "Island In The Sun," and their two most recent from 2005, "Beverly Hills," and "We Are All on Drugs."
With five albums released to date, Weezer seems like one of those bands that is going to continue to give it their all and provide their huge fan base with as many hits as they possibly can. With a more unique attitude towards lyrics, we are happy that a band like weezer can still produce such fun tracks. (read more)
