Hard Core Resistance With Smoother Motion
A quick definition or explanation is that this unique technology allows the Max to have 240 pounds of resistance (you can upgrade to 340 pounds of resistance) while still giving you a smooth range of motion and your resistance is constant throughout the full movement.
With many other strength training machines you will notice a bit of a break in the resistance as you fully extend, with the Max it will be smooth and steady. This also allows for a larger variety of exercises to tone your entire body.

This Bowflex PR3000 system in on the middle range of the scale. It doesn't quite have all the features of the high end machines, yet it has more than the entry level ones.
This mid system is good for someone who is either beginning their strength training program or for the user that us serious about their workouts but is not planning on going pro in the near future ( unless you plan on working up a more featured in a year or so). For the amateur it's a good machine that will give you years of use and growth.

- Im 12 yrs old, and always dreamed of being ripped and after only 6 weeks of using this thing, and just finished a workout, ive puton 6 pounds of muscle, built up mypecs, shoulders, and arms. this thing is the real deal and my parents only paid $60 used andin pefect condition, but of course u cant just expect results, it tookmore then 2 weeks to start seeing great result, and i do 20 min of stretching before my workout, and 20 min or cardioafter my workout and i follow a strict diet, hope i was helpful
