If you are searching for some very effective weight gain products, then you are in the right spot. You see, a lot of weight gain products are crap. They come from the same companies who claim they have some "brand new formula" which will build tons of muscle mass in only weeks.

These are extremely bad for your body. Not only do they lead you to gain FAT rather than muscle - they pump you full of things you don't need.
I was on a weight gain shake for about a month. Did I gain any weight? Yes. I gained about 11 pounds. But rather than gaining lean muscle, I gained a bunch of fat around my belly (as you can see above it's all gone - thank god).
Before going on weight gain shakes my body fat percentage was 8% (extremely good). After that month I had shot up to about 12% (this is still pretty good, but a lot worse than 8%)
This one is a LOSER.

This is a clear winner. Now, I must confess that I am against ALL supplements. But I do not consider whey protein powder a supplement since it is found naturally in other foods (such as animal meat)
If you want to gain LEAN muscle, you really only need two things: tons of protein, and tons of carbohydrates.
Protein is the building block of muscles while carbs give you the energy to work out as well as the calories to gain the muscle.
Protein shakes are definitely a winner. While I am on the subject, I suggest you consume 1 gram of protein for each found of body weight. I found this to give me explosive results. Protein shakes are one of my favorite weight gain products.
They are my second favorite to be exact. Here's why...
