Weight Lifting For Women 

It's taboo for most women to think of weight lifting for women. It's a man's sport, they'd say. "I can't do it!" "I feel too intimidated." Don't be. Yes, mostly men do it, but there is absolutely no reason for a woman to take advantage of the great positive effects of weight lifting.
