I seem to easily gain an extra fifteen pounds, enough so that all of my clothes are too tight and the waistband of whatever I am wearing digs into me all day as a reminder of my weight gain. I can also lose those extra pounds but never as quickly as I gained them. Just wanted to share some tips on what helps me shed those unwanted pounds.

1.Stay Away From Junk Food: All your weight loss efforts will do down the drain if you cannot keep yourself from eating junk and processed foods. These foods have high calorie content and you will gain weight. You should always try to eat healthfully. Be sure to stock up on foods which are good for you like fresh fruit and vegetables so that you will not give into temptation. And speaking of temptation, it is wise to plan on cooking your own meals so you can be sure that you are using unsaturated oil.
2. Eat small amounts: You may think that you can eat only once a day, but if you are desperate to lose weight quickly, research has proven that you will lose weight if you divide your food into small portions and eat five or six meals a day.Eating in this manner will cause you metabolism to increase and you will burn fat. An added bonus is that you will not be hungry.
3. You will only lose weight when you burn more calories than you consume. I have found that when I was desperate to lose weight quickly, it was good to get a jump start with hoodia. Hoodia Gordonii is a natural, safe and effective aid in suppressing your appetite. It is much easier to lose weight if you are not having hunger pangs. With hoodia, you will have no desire to eat much at all and it works great for when you want to lose weight quickly.
4. Exercising: Unfortunately,it is very difficult to lose weight without making exercise a part of your weight loss program.Regular exercise will increase your muscle mass and muscle burns fat.Cardio workouts which increase your metabolism will cause your body to burn fat. If you do nothing else, at least add walking to your daily routine, try to make it a habit.
The solution for losing weight is diet and exercise.If this combination does not work for you, you may need to talk to your doctor and get either diet pills or consider surgery.
