Along with all of the multi-tasking they do, even the parents get stuck in the drive thru diet. How about if we formulated a plan to help with all of those unnecessary calories?

My 5 best tips for staying healthy are as follows: Eat 5 small portions throughout the day, get your daily allowance of fruits and vegetables, take the stairs instead of the elevator, cut your fat intake drastically, and bring healthy lunches instead of the drive thru.
This stuff helps keep me healthy
I like these items because I can actually make a plan as to how I am going to go about my weight loss, I can actually see my progress, I can see exactly what I'm putting in my body, in the correct measurements for my program, and with the pedometer, I can track how much I'm losing each day.
