At the end of one month, if you've lost 7 pounds, you've succeeded. Keep on truckin'. If not, by how much did you miss your goal? Look at your menus for that month. Cut back on portion sizes.

Daily exercise is essential to reaching your goal. Exercise burns calories, so choose your activities accordingly.

Weight control is entirely in your hands. Follow a sensible approach that works for you and you'll soon be looking good!
