Weight loss lies and the liars that tell them 

Are you finding it extremely frustrating to lose weight? You are not alone! More than 98% people worldwide face the same problem. In this article I will tell you why you are failing to keep your weight off! Do read this article carefully! You are sure to come across several surprises!

Almost all the weight loss programs out there will ask you to diet. But do you know that diet is your worst enemy? Do you know that most diet programs work by depriving your body of the essential nutrients, and that more often than not, when you are following one of those fad diets, you are sure to regain back all the lost weight, plus some more!

If you hate dieting, you are on the right track! And while some good diet programs work to an extent, you should keep yourself away from those programs that promise you overnight weight loss. Be warned that the faster you lose weight, the quicker you will gain it back! It is how it all works, and once you understand this simple equation, you won't fail to lose weight.

The number one reason why you are not able to lose weight is the weight loss industry itself! The weight loss industry is full of ignorant preachers, opportunistic doctors and unscrupulous drug dealers who would want you to burn your money rather than fat! It is this weight loss industry that asks you to diet and do all that B.S. such as taking diet pills, purchase weight loss gadgets, etc., because they know it only too well that if you diet and deprive your body of good nutrition, you will start craving for the same and therefore, you are sure to gain back all the weight you had lost. This is how the weight loss industry has turned into a booming and thriving business of over 40 millions of dollars in US and Canada alone! Just think about it: if everyone really lost weight and became slim, how will these drug manufacturers mint money?

Let me tell you one secret: the surefire way to lose weight is by eating the RIGHT kind of foods. BY 'right' foods, I don't mean dieting; I only mean foods that contribute to your health rather than fat level. Once you remove the fatty foods from your life, you have already won half the battle. Couple that with exercises of at least one hour per day, and you will become slim very soon! Do keep in mid that it will take some time for you to lose weight, and what I outlined above is NOT a quick weight loss solution. Also remember that if depriving yourself of foods make you gain weight, adding good foods to your diet will definitely help you lose it!
