I recently tried the weight watcher diet plan and wanted to share my results with you.
Weight Watcher Diet Plan Review
Learn More About My Results
Unfortunately after two months (most of which I was pretty die hard about following the plan) I really haven't lost much at all. Three pounds at the most!

Here are some of the things that bother me about the weight watcher diet plan:
- You pay a monthly fee. Many other programs out there offer just a one time cost.
- You have to really count calories (and I mean really!). Seriously, it gets annoying. I would prefer a much simpler diet.
- I prefer diets that focus more on teaching you to eat healthy for a longer term change in your life. I know too many people who don't keep their weight watcher's pounds off.
Just my two cents!
Do you believe it is actually possible to lose weight and then keep it off? Here is a program that actually worked for me.
Try this program and become a believer....I did!
Weight Watcher Diet Plan : More Dieting Tips
You may often hear the word calorie tossed around, but do you actually know what calories are and why they definitely do still matter when it comes to maintaining your weight. Monitoring your portions and learning more about the calories in the foods you enjoy will help you meet your goals. Most high-fiber foods are also high in water and low in calories, making them must-have diet foods. If you need a little something at night, try to satisfy the urge with few calories -- have a stick of gum, one piece of hard candy, or a cup of hot tea).
Lost
I have struggled with my weight all my life, lost it and gained it back numerous times, and if this helps me to conquer it, Trudeau could be the biggest charlatan in the world for all I care, I'll give it full approval for what it does for me. Also of interest is to consider the weight loss as a product of the energy imbalance, because much biochemical energy is lost in the urine due to the excretion of glucose (glycosuria) and ketone bodies.
Eating
You will probably need to learn new, wiser eating skills. Don't leave home without eating something nutritious to get your metabolism perking and give you energy for the day ahead. Mindful eating means taking time to savor every bite.
Nighttime snacking, for most of us, is a habit that can undermine weight loss success. Controlling portions is fundamental to weight loss success.
