Weightwatchers UK Healthy Food Plans 

The POINTS® Plan and The Core Plan

Weightwatchers has two great food plans, The POINTS® Plan and The Core Plan.

The POINTS® Plan

In this plan, you are given a daily point allowance based on your weight, sex, height, and other personal factors. Each food you eat is given a point number. Your goal is not to exceed your point allowance in your daily eating. You can increase your point allowance by exercising. Also, you can save points for special occasions by using less points than your daily allowance. The unused points will then carry over to the day of the special occasion.

The Core Plan

This plan focuses on eating "core" foods. Core foods comprise of healthy foods like vegetables, fruits, and whole grains. The core food list contains foods from every food group. Non-core foods have point values and you can use up to 21 non-core points a week. The key to this plan is to eat the core foods "until satisfied, not full." Similar to The POINTS® Plan, you can increase your weekly point allowance by exercising.
